My daughter’s beautiful First Communion | May 12, 2018

I’m so proud of my daughter Elise for completing one of the most important sacraments in the Catholic faith. She has accepted the Lord to intercede and lead her spiritual life. Elise committed to one day out of the week for two years to dedicate time to learn and grow in her faith. I’m so thankful we made the decision to put her in religious education. Our entire family has truly benefited from this experience. Overnight, I became her catechist teacher’s aid. To this day I’m still volunteering. It’s no coincidence I became a helper. I love kids and kids love me! I’m so glad I took the opportunity to serve. My hope is for my daughters to do the same and serve diligently. God has blessed us in so many ways. We are healthy, content and surrounded by our loved ones. This day turned out to be extraordinarily perfect!
